Shree Steel Wire Ropes: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 and as per Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders("Code") the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Thursday January 01 2026 till the expiry of 48 hrs after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended December 31 2025.The date of the Meeting of the Board of the Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on December 31 2025 will be communicated separately in due course.
