Lycos Internet Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its respective meetings held on 27th & 28th May, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders in their ensuing Annual General Meeting have recommended payment of Equity Dividend of Rs. 0.10 per share (@5% on Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each) for the F.Y.2015-16.
