The Company informed that the trading window for sale, purchase and dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from 4th November, 2017 for Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) under the Code of Conduct of the Company for Trading in Securities by Insiders. The Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the un-audited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2017 to the Stock Exchange.
