WEP Solutions: Board Meeting on Dec 23, 2016

WEP Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following:

Proposal of raising funds through issue of securities on preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2009, as amended and subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company and other necessary approvals, if any.

As per the Company?s Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors/Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from December 20, 2016. In view of the Quarter ending December 31, 2016, Trading Window will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Quarter III - Financial Results to the public.
