Responsive Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Re. 0.10 per Equity Share (i.e. 10%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
