This is with reference to the intimation dated 7th January 2020 for allotment of 2 15 00 000 warrants and its part allotment of 67 18 750 equity shares on 18th May 2020. This is to further inform you that the convertible warrant holders to whom the warrants were allotted on 7th January 2020 on preferential basis have further exercised their right for conversion of the warrants into equity shares. Consequently the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 26th October 2020 has further allotted 67 18 750 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (with a premium of Rs. 6/- per equity share) pursuant to exercise of 67 18 750 convertible warrants
