Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Vivid Global Industries Limited ("the Company") has entered into a Distributor Agreement with San Nopco Limited Japan a subsidiary of Sanyo Chemical Industries Japan to establish a strategic alliance for the distribution of speciality chemicals for the bioethanol industry in India. The strategic alliance is aimed at expanding the Companys presence in the bioethanol industry by levaraging the products and technical expertise of San Nopco Limited and the Companys market reach in India.The said arrangement represents a step towards exploring business opportunities in the bioethanol sector and strengthening the Companys product and market portfolio.The details required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations raed with the applicable SEBI circulars are being provided in the prescribed format wherever applicable.
