ISL Consulting: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time as per BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2 2019 and in accordance with the code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window shall remain closed from Thursday January 1 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025.
