This is in continuation of our letters to you dated May 30 2022 and June 28 2022 concerning the termination of the Companys global depository receipt program (GDR Program) and delisting of the Companys global depository receipts (GDRs).We wish to inform you that the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom (FCA) has informed the Company of the removal of the GDRs from its official list on September 26 2022. Concurrently the London Stock Exchange has communicated the removal of the GDRs from admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 08:00 am BST on September 26 2022.
