1. Appointment of Mr. Kuldeep Kumar (DIN: 08373716) as an Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect to hold office as Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company.(Enclosed herewith brief profile of Mr. Kuldeep Kumar in Annexure-I);
2. Acceptance of Resignation tendered by Mr. Subhankar Adhikary from the Directorship w.e.f 28th September 2020
