Shree Bhawani Paper Mills: Board Meeting On 15Th February, 2018 & Closure Of Trading Window

We hereby inform you,that, in compliance of Regn 33 of SEBI LODR, 2015the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 15th February, 2018 to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2017. In terms of Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed pursuant to SEBI(PITs) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed for declaration of UFR of Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2017 for all Designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Pe and designated employees of the Company from 8th February, 2018 and shall remain closed upto 17th February, 2018 (both days inclusive).All the Designated Employees (including Promoters and Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window
