Uniparts India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve (i) the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025; and(ii) the declaration of the second interim dividend for FY 2025-26 and fixation of the record date for the same.
