Cipla: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations and in terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January 2022 the Company has approved the issuance of Letter ofConfirmation on 06th December 2022 in lieu of share certificate which was reported as lost by the shareholder.
