Neelkanth Rockminerals: Closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir In terms of the company`s code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition and Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed from 1st October 2025 till 24 hours after the deceleration of Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2025. Designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
