Maxgrow India: Intimation Regarding Submission Of Application To Registrar Of Companies For Extension Of Time For Holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) For The FY 2024-25

Pusuanat to Section 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015 this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has passed the necessary resolution to make application to the Registrar of Companies Mumbai (ROC) to garnt extension of time to convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25. Accordingly the Company will make an application to the ROC for granting extension of time limit to hold the AGM . The Exchange will be duly informed of such grant of extension or any update in this regard.
