The Company had not received any request relating to Share/Debenture Certificate(s) relating to the transfer of Shares/Debentures, Sub division, Renewal, and Consolidation etc. As per the records made available to us there were no requests relating to exchange or endorsement of calls/allotment monies received during the period from 01/04/2017 to 30/09/2017.
