Appointment of M/s S. Khurana & Associates Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor to conduct the Secretarial Audit for the Financial Year 2023-24.The details required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-B.
