Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby intimate that the Board of Directors meeting of the Company will be held on Friday January 29 2021 at 4:00 P.M. at Registered office of the Company at IT 14-15 EPIP Sitapura Jaipur-302022 (Rajasthan) inter alia:
(i) To approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2020.
(ii) To take on record the Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2020.
(iii) To consider and approve the appointment of Mr. Amitabh Kaushik (DIN: 09033384) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director.
