Clarification for approval of unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. It is herby clarify that in the "Covering letter of the outcome of the Board meeting" submited earlier the period was incorrectly mentioned as "31st January 2025" instead of the correct period "31st December 2025"2. Clarification for Resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. In Annexure-2 of the earlier submission it was inadvertently mentioned that the resignation of Ms. Preeti Jaiswar Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is effective from 31st March 2026. We hereby clarify that the correct effective date of resignation is 31st January 2026.
