NR Agarwal Industries: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to clause 4 of schedule B of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 read with companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Person the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company would be closed with effect from Thursday January 01 2026 till 48 business hours after the date of Board Meeting where inter-alia the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 would be considered.
