Archon Industries: Closure of Trading Window

Mahesh Agri Impl & Ste For Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.

Further, pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Insiders covered under Company?s Insider Code of Conduct would commence from August 06, 2015 (4.00 P.M. onwards) and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on August 17, 2015.
