Strides Arcolab Ltd has informed BSE that as approved by the Board of Directors of Strides Arcolab Ltd by a resolution passed on November 19, 2015 shall be the Record Date fixed for the purpose of determining the names of the shareholders of
Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd who shall be entitled to shares in Strides Arcolab Ltd (as consideration under the Scheme of Amalgamation), in the exchange ratio of 5 (five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Strides Arcolab Ltd for every 16 (sixteen) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each held in Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
