Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Company has received In-Principle approval from National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on 19th February 2026 regarding the Migration from SME platform of BSE to Capital Market Segment (Main Board) of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
