We hereby confirm that we are not a Large Corporate as defined in the SEBI Circular No. SEBl/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018 dated 26th November 2018. Therefore the filing of the initial Disclosure in Annexure A of the said Circular for the year ended 31st March 2019 is not required.
