D.B. Corp: Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of The Meeting Of The Board Of Directors Of D. B. Corp Limited Held On Thursday January 15 2026

The Board in its meeting held today i.e. Thursday January 15 2026 has inter-alia approved the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 and declared the second interim dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 20% of FV) for the FY 2025-26. Noted the Resignation of Senior Management Person Mr. Amit Prakashrao Waghmare from the post of Chief Information Officer of the Company and approved the appointment of Senior Management Person Mr. Rakesh Khetan as Chief Information Officer in Technology department of the Company.
