Further to our notice dated December 19 2025 for intimation of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 26 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company has inter alia considered and approved among other business items to issue Secured Unlisted Unrated Redeemable Fully Paid Non-Convertible Debentures (the Debentures) upto to Rs. 10 Crores (Rupees Ten Crores only) to the eligible investors on a private placement basis in one or more tranches.The Board Meeting Commenced at 12.30 p.m. on December 26 2025 and concluded at 01:30 p.m. on December 26 2025.
