Archit Organosys Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed August 11, 2017 as the record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of partly paid shares to whom the call letters, for payment of First and final call on partly paid shares issued by the Company, be dispatched the Company would like to inform that upon receipt of First and Final call, partly paid shares shall be converted to fully paid up and hence scrip code and ISIN of Partly paid shares shall be cancelled / merged with the Scrip code of fully paid up shares as listed on BSE Limited.
