The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today February 24 2026 has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 1:17 (1 Rights Equity Share for every 17 fully paid-up equity shares) held on the record date being March 02 2026 at an Issue Price of Rs. 512 per share.
