Considered and approved the un-audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon on record and Considered the proposals for raising of funds by the Company and the board has accorded its in-principle approval for raising of capital in one or more of the tranches for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 40 Crores and consequently take appropriate action for increasing the Authorized Capital.
