1.Consider and approved notice of 20th Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday 23rd September 2019 at 11:30 AM at 9 to 9 Banquet Hall (Sapphire) Nutan Plaza Bandar Bagicha Patna-800001 Bihar.
2.Decided to close the register of members of the Company from Tuesday September 17 2019 to Monday September 23 2019 (Both Days Inclusive) and cut-off date will be Monday 16th September 2019. Members whose names are appearing on register of members as on the cut-off date i.e. 16th September 2019 shall be eligible for e-voting and Dividend payment. E-voting will start from Friday September 20 2019 at 09.00 a.m. and ends on Sunday September 22 2019 at 5.00 p.m.
