This is to inform you that in terms of Regulation 33 read with regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 we are sending herewith the textual matter of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025.Please note that the results have been reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meeting held on 11th August 2025.The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 18:50hrs and concluded at 19:30hrs.Kindly bring this to attention of the members
