Gee Gee Granites: Change in Directorate

Gee Gee Granites Ltd has informed BSE that:

1. Mr. Asit Kumar Ghosh has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company with effect from May 12, 2014, for a period of five years.

2. Mr. Asit Kumar Ghosh, Managing Director, shall also act as Compliance Officer of the Company.

3. Mr. Sunil Gopichand Duseja has resigned from the post of Managing Director w.e.f. May 12, 2014 and shall continue as Director of the Company.
