This is with reference to the captioned subject we hereby submit to you that pursuant to application made by the Company to Registrar of Companies Telangana seeking extension for a period of 3 Months for holding of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company the Company has received the Approval of Registrar of Companies Telangana granting extension for a period of 3 Months for holding of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the CompanyIn view of the above Company shall hold AGM on or before 31st December 2022. The proposed date of the meeting would be informed in due course of time
