JBM Auto Ltd has informed BSE that vide Circular Resolution dated January 09, 2014 approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, Mr. Dhanendra Kumar is appointed as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. January 09, 2014 pursuant to the provisions of Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956. He will hold the office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
