In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform the Exchange that Ms. Shreekhalaivani Shanmugam (DIN: 08029031) has resigned from her position as Independent Director on account of personal reasons with effect from 19th November 2022.We further confirm that there is no material reason for her resignation other than stated above.The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 are given in Annexure A.
