Saffron Industries: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from 1st April 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending 31st March 2026.All designated persons/ Directors/ Designated Employees / Connected persons and their immediate relatives covered under the said code are advised not to trade in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of the closure of the trading window.Kindly take the above information on record.
