This is with reference to our letter AGC/SD/SE/2019/64 dated July 5 2019 intimating the Stock Exchanges that the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday September 26th 2019 at 11.00 A.M. at Yashwantrao Chavan Centre General Jagannath Bhosle Road Nariman Point Mumbai - 400021.
Further pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations") we hereby submit the Notice of the 33rd AGM; the Annual Report of the Company for FY 2018-19 and the Statement of Impact of Audit Qualifications on Financials of the Company for the financial year ended March 31st 2019.
