This is to inform you that the Finance Committee of the Board of directors of Balkrishna Industries Limited (Company) at its meeting held today i.e. 2nd March 2026 has considered and approved the issuance and allotment of 75 000 (Seventy Five Thousand) [rated listed unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures] of face value of INR 1 00 000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh only) each aggregating up to INR 750 crores (Indian Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty crores) (Non Convertible Debentures) in one or multiple tranches on private placement basis
