Krishna Ventures: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in terms of Company Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report the trading by designated persons read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2018 The trading window to deal with the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the designated persons (include their immediate relative) from 01 October 2025 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial Results to the public for the quarter and half year ended on September 30 2025.
