Securities Exchange Of India(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended from time to time has mandated the closure of Trading Window from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of finnacial results . In view of the aforesaid it is hereby intimated that the trading window for dealing in securities of company is closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives effective from 1st October 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023
