We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider the declaration of interim dividend by way of a Circular Resolution on Thursday 20th February 2020.
The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the interim dividend if declared by the Board of Directors has been fixed as Saturday 29th February 2020.
