Pursuant to Regulation 29, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 09th August, 2018, at 03:00 P.M inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ three months ended June 30, 2018.
Further, pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct to prevent, regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from August 04, 2018 to August 12, 2018 (both days inclusive).
