Sunrise Asian Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following,

1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2016.- [Regulation 29(1)(a)].

2. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2016.- [Regulation 29(1)(a)].

3. To declare Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2016-17. [Regulation 29(1)(e)].
