in continuation to earlier letter dated December 15 2020 regarding Closure of Trading Window the trading window of the Company will remain closed from Friday January 1 2021 to Monday February 15 2021 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Companys Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday February 12 2021 inter-alia to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31 2020 in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading In the Securities of the Company and pursuant to the provisions SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended).
