In compliance with Regulation 30 read with part A of Schedule III of SEBI listing regulation the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 20/03/2026 has appointed Ms. Priyanka Rajora PCS Proprietor of M/S Rajora and Co. Practicing Company Secretaries Hyderabad as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term upto ensuing AGM.
