EASTERN GASES LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process initiated upon the Company vide the Order of the Kolkata Bench of the NCLT, dated 8th November, 2017, at shorter notice meeting of the management of the Company would be held on Tuesday, 14th August, 2018, to inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on 30th June, 2018.
