Baron Infotech: Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors

This is to inform that M/s Baron Infotech Limited (Corporate Debtor) is undergoing the CIRP process in accordance with the Provision of IBC 2016. In this regard the meeting of Committee of Creditors was convened on the 23rd day of March 2026. In the aforesaid meeting inter aila the Resolution Plans received were opened in the presence of Eligible Perspective Resolution Applications (EPRAs) and the CoC members took note of the same. Accordingly the meeting was concluded at 18:00 Hrs IST.
