Yantra Natural Resources: Outcome Of Meeting Of Independent Directors Held On March 28 2023.

A separate meeting of the Independent Directors of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23 was held today i.e. on Tuesday 28th March 2023 at the registered office of the company wherein the Independent Directors present at the meeting inter-alia transacted the following business:a) Reviewed the performance of non-independent directors and the board of directors as a whole;b) Reviewed the performance of the chairperson of the listed entity taking into account the views of executive directors and non-executive directors;c) Assessed the quality quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the management of the listed entity and the board of directors that is necessary for the board of directors to effectively and reasonably perform their duties.
