This is to inform you that Company has approved Notice of 29th AGM of the Company in its Board meeting dated 25th August 2023 where Item No 1 to 3 were approved. Further we would like to intimate that the matters of Item No. 4 to Item No 8 to be included in the Notice of 29th AGM of the Company was duly passed by Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday 26th August 2023 and hence Item No.4 to 8 after Item No. 3 to be included in the Notice of 29th AGM.
