Angel One: Board Meeting Intimation for Intimation Of Board To Consider Interim Dividend For The Financial Year 2025-26 And Fixation Of Record Date

Angel One Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/03/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the Board of Directors will consider declaration of the 2ndinterim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 by circular resolution on Friday March 20 2026. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of second interim dividend shall be Friday March 27 2026 subject to approval of Board of Directors.Further pursuant to the Listing Regulations and the amendments made thereto the Trading Window in respect of equity shares of the Company will remain closed for the selected designated persons till March 22 2026 i.e. 48 hours from the date of declaration of interim dividend.
